Searching for a romantic location idea for your wedding day? Our lovely common areas are ideally suited for the small to medium size wedding. The Victorian staircase creates an elegant entry for the bride and her attendants. The parlors have beveled glass windows, a fireplace with Victorian mantle, a bay window, and handsome woodwork. Elegant pocket doors separate the parlors and the dining room, which allow for the ceremony to be held in the parlors with the entire common area then being available for the reception. We are a non-smoking Inn, but smoking is permitted on the wrap-around porch.

Because our primary business is that of a bed and breakfast, the Crescent Lily Inn only hosts wedding during the tourist's off-season, October 1 to May 15.

Our wedding package includes use of the common areas for the ceremony and reception, with a maximum of 50 people; the bridal suite for the bride and groom; and a full breakfast the following morning. The Water Lily room has a king size bed, gas-log fireplace with a Victorian mantle, jetted tub for two, and a double-headed shower for two. Other guest rooms in the Inn may be rented at the current room rates to others attending the wedding, if the bride and groom consent. No guest rooms will be rented to anyone who is not a guest at the wedding.

The cost of the wedding package is $950 for three hours and includes use of the Inn sound system. The wedding couple must independently arrange for the minister, flowers, cake, chair rental (if desired), and/or photographer. Catering is provided only by the Crescent Lily staff with rates ranging from $12 to $22 per person. Please see our catering menu for selections and prices. The Crescent Lily Inn has a Hotel and Restaurant Liquor License, with the State of Colorado forbidding anyone from bringing or taking alcohol on or from the premises. All alcohol must be purchased through the Inn and, of course, guests must be 21 years of age to consume any alcohol.

A $500 non-refundable deposit plus half of the estimated catering fees are due at the time the wedding reservation is made.  The remainder of the bill ($450 plus the remaining catering and liquor bill) is due two weeks prior to the wedding date.  Additionally, a $500 refundable damage deposit is due at the time of reservation.
